TWH Survey from HPEF

We just sent a survey to everyone who registered for TWH before mid-August, but we know some people have changed email addresses since they registered, so we wanted to share the url for the survey here, too.

The survey asks questions about planning for and attending TWH, as well as your expectations for Lumos ( http://www.hp2006.org ) in Las Vegas from July 27-31 next summer.
